Volunteers needed
We are elated that you are considering to serve our 2017 Easter conference! The Bible says, every Christian has been given at least one spiritual gift and we should use whatever gift we have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. When we truly serve Christ with all the strength God provides, His name will be praised through Jesus Christ. May you find favor in the Lord by glorifying His name through your service as a volunteer for the conference!
- Serving Committees/Groups
- Group Bible Study leader
- Prayer Servant (for prayer stations)
- Registration (On-site Check-in/ Name tags)
- Housing Logistics (support the housing manager to determine people's housing)
- Hospitality ("Ask Me" people, greeting at registration, ushering to locations)
- Signage (putting signs up on site on Friday for registration & parking)
- Social Media Marketing (uploading posts/updating info for social media)
- Tech (Powerpoint Presentation, Sound, or Video-recording)
- Backstage (set up, breakdown, and alter stage setups)
- Board Games/ sports (lead a game room/ sports, etc.)
- Food & Beverage (Providing snacks and drinks during breaks)
